According to Espreso.tv: In the early hours of July 3, at approximately 2:45 AM, Russian forces launched an attack on the city of Lozova in the Kharkiv region, claiming the life of 10-year-old Victoria. The child sustained severe injuries from the bombardment, including blast trauma and thermal burns covering roughly 40% of her body. Medical teams fought tirelessly to save her, but her wounds proved fatal.

The assault left six people injured, among them three children. The victims include:

  • A 31-year-old man
  • A 27-year-old woman
  • Three daughters, aged 10, 6, and 1 year
  • A 58-year-old grandmother

The attack was carried out using a Geran-2 drone, a type of unmanned aerial vehicle employed by Russian forces.

Statements from Ukrainian Officials

Serhiy Zelenskyy, commenting on the tragedy, expressed his grief: 'With sorrow in my heart, I must share the most devastating news: Russian occupiers have taken the life of yet another child.'
Oleh Syniehubov, who also addressed the situation, stated: 'Doctors did everything they could to save her, but the injuries were too severe.'
