The Russian assault in the South has failed: 150 fighters lost in a day.
According to inkorr.com: Russian occupiers have intensified their actions on the southern front, attempting to break through the Ukrainian defense. However, all their attempts have been in vain, as reported by the spokesman of the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn.
Situation in the Orihiv direction
In the Orihiv direction, the enemy tried to carry out a large-scale attack. Thanks to effective intelligence, Ukrainian forces were able to react promptly to the assault, delivering a blow and repelling the enemy's attack. During this, the enemy suffered significant losses – about 150 soldiers and over 30 units of equipment were lost in just one assault attempt.
“The enemy achieved no results; instead, they suffered significant losses – approximately 150 servicemen and around 30 units of equipment. And this is just from one assault attempt,” noted Voloshyn.
Pressure on other fronts
In addition to the Orihiv front, enemy troops have also intensified pressure in the Stepnohirsk direction and near the Antonivskyi bridges, trying to push Ukrainian forces from these positions. The situation in the Dnipro direction also remains tense, with the enemy conducting attacks in the area of the Antonivskyi bridges.
Ukrainian forces have successfully repelled all enemy attacks in the southern part of the country, inflicting significant losses and preventing any breakthroughs in defense.
Currently, active fighting continues on the southern front, and Ukrainian military personnel are demonstrating high effectiveness in defending their positions. The coming days may be crucial for the development of the situation in the region, and eliminating the threat from the enemy remains a priority for Ukrainian forces.
