Ukrainian Armed Forces investigate video of the loss of an observation point: what is known.

According to ТСН: A video has appeared online in which Russian military personnel report the capture of the command-observation point of the 1st battalion of the 106th separate territorial defense brigade near Huliaipole. The Defense Forces intend to conduct an investigation into this incident.

This was reported by the spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, in a comment to the media.

“According to this fact, representatives of the relevant competent authorities are conducting a detailed investigation to establish the causes and preconditions for such an event and whether it actually took place. Only after that will information be made public,” the representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted.

Voloshyn also added that if the fact is confirmed, law enforcement will initiate criminal proceedings. As a result of the investigation, the actions of each official involved in these events will be assessed.

“No one and nothing will be hidden,” Voloshyn emphasized.

It is known that sources have confirmed that the relevant services have already begun an investigation regarding the abandonment of the observation point by the 106th brigade of the Territorial Defense, which left personal belongings, including laptops, phones, and maps that may contain important information.
