Inaccuracies Plague the ‘Oberih’ Registry

According to Novyny.live: Errors have been discovered in the ‘Oberih’ database concerning military-liable individuals, and these mistakes can only be corrected through the court system. According to official information, the ‘Oberih’ registry is supposed to contain records for all persons subject to military service, including conscripts and reservists. However, the data in military registration documents does not match the information stored in this database.

The ‘Reserve+’ Digital Military Document

Starting in December 2025, the electronic military document known as ‘Reserve+’ became the primary military registration document in Ukraine. This reform was designed to streamline the tracking of those liable for service and provide easy access to their personal data. Yet, despite the introduction of this new system, the existing inaccuracies in the ‘Oberih’ registry remain a pressing issue.

Fixing these discrepancies is only possible through legal proceedings. As Yuriy Ayvazyan stated,

“It is possible, but only in a court of law.”
This means that military-liable individuals who discover mismatches in their records will have to take their cases to court to get them corrected. Consequently, the situation surrounding the ‘Oberih’ registry demands urgent resolution to prevent further complications in military record-keeping.

Given the critical importance of data accuracy in military administration, the problems with the ‘Oberih’ database carry serious consequences for conscripts and reservists. Incorrect information can lead to delays in mobilization and hinder the exercise of their legal rights. This underscores the need for a swift fix to ensure proper management and service for Ukraine’s military units.
