According to UATV: On July 19, 2023, Russian troops launched multiple attacks across Zaporizhzhia and its surrounding region, leaving 13 people wounded—among them two children. The shelling caused extensive damage to infrastructure, with over a thousand strikes recorded across 54 settlements in the area.
According to reports from the scene, authorities received 126 notifications of damage to infrastructure, homes, and vehicles. One of the most alarming incidents involved a passenger train being hit, injuring a train conductor. Additionally, a shell struck a vehicle belonging to the International Red Cross in Vilniansk, completely destroying it, though no staff members were harmed.
