Strike on Konotop in Sumy region leaves multiple wounded
According to Novyny.live: On June 8, Russian forces launched an attack on the city of Konotop using combat drones, causing injuries to civilians and damaging urban infrastructure. Residential areas were hit, resulting in wounds among local residents, including children. A search-and-rescue operation is currently underway.
This assault is part of a broader wave of attacks across the Sumy region. On June 3, Russian troops shelled 36 different settlements within a single day, killing one man and injuring 18 civilians, four of whom were children. Notably, on June 1, Russian forces deliberately targeted a hospital in Konotop.
