Attacks on Kharkiv Region

According to Novyny.live: Russian forces launched strikes on Kharkiv and 17 settlements across the region, leaving at least seven people wounded. The occupying troops deployed a range of weaponry, including missiles, aerial bombs, and drones. The highest number of casualties was reported in the village of Doroshenkove, where four individuals sustained injuries.

Gas Station Targeted

On June 28, Russian troops attacked two gas stations in the Natalynska community of the Berestyn district. The assaults involved:

  • six missiles,
  • four guided aerial bombs,
  • nine Geran-2 type drones,
  • six Molniya UAVs,
  • four FPV drones,
  • 31 unidentified drones.

During one of the gas station attacks, a 68-year-old truck driver was wounded.

Over the past day, emergency crews extinguished eight fires across the Chuhuiv, Berestyn, Izium, Bohodukhiv, and Kharkiv districts. In Kharkiv, a drone strike on an apartment building caused a 59-year-old woman to suffer an acute stress reaction. The situation in the region remains tense, and residents of Kharkiv Oblast continue to endure the consequences of military operations.

The relentless shelling of Kharkiv Oblast signals an escalation of the conflict in the area, with severe repercussions for civilians. The lack of safety and constant attacks inflict not only physical injuries but also psychological trauma on local inhabitants. Law enforcement and rescue services are working tirelessly to address the aftermath of the strikes, yet the situation remains critical, underscoring the urgent need for international support and civilian protection.
