The Ukrainian Navy reported that the Russian naval forces are experiencing issues near the coast of Syria. Seven Russian military ships, including two missile carriers, have been drifting for over 10 days as they cannot access their overseas naval base in the port of Tartus. This complicates their ability to utilize the base and carry out necessary operations. The Russians are essentially 'stuck in the sea' and cannot return to their base, according to the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Navy.
