Successful defense near Myrnohrad: how Ukrainian paratroopers stopped the Russian attack.
According to inkorr.com: The fighters of the 7th Airborne Corps successfully repelled the advance of enemy troops near Myrnohrad. The Russian military attempted to break through with the help of armored vehicles and infantry, but thanks to effective reconnaissance and the swift response of the Ukrainian aviation, their equipment and personnel were destroyed before they could approach our positions. This helped to avoid casualties.
Interaction of units and reconnaissance activities
As reported by a military communication representative, the success of the operation was made possible due to the coordinated work of the units and quality reconnaissance. Studying the enemy's logistical routes allows for quick decisions on the use of fire support and aviation to repel attacks.
Recently, they have been inconsistent. They attack today only with APCs, and the next day – with BMPs. They use whatever armored vehicles are available. But we track all their logistical paths, movement routes, and potential breakthrough directions. The decision to concentrate fire assets and aviation is made in advance. Therefore, all of this is eliminated before they reach our lines.
Thanks to the advantages of timely gathered information about the enemy's movements, Ukrainian troops were able to easily repel the attack of the enemy forces. All attempts of future attacks were successfully neutralized without pressure on their own positions.
This success indicates good organization and planned work of the Ukrainian military. The cohesion of the teams and quality reconnaissance data allow not only to respond rapidly to threats but also to proactively neutralize them. Further work in these directions can significantly strengthen the defense capability of the region.
