Russians struck Chernihiv: 29 thousand people left without electricity.
According to inkorr.com: In Chernihiv, Russian troops attacked a critical infrastructure facility, resulting in more than 29 thousand residents of the city and Chernihiv region being left without electricity. This attack occurred after 14:00 on September 25.
The head of the Chernihiv military city administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, reported that a fire broke out at the strike site, which is already being extinguished by rescuers. 'Fortunately, there are no casualties among the residents,' emphasized Bryzhynskyi.
Employees of JSC 'Chernihivoblenergo' have begun work to restore electricity supply. They are clarifying the extent of the damage.
Water supply issues due to lack of electricity
In areas where there is no electricity, reduced pressure is observed in the water supply networks. KP 'Chernihivvodokanal' urges residents to stock up on drinking water. It is expected that pressure in the networks will improve after electricity is restored.
During the attack, volunteers advised residents to stay in safe places.
