Intelligence named the category of soldiers who are hardest to return from Russian captivity.

A representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andriy Yusov, noted that exchanging certain categories of soldiers is very complicated."This was another stage of an important large exchange following bilateral negotiations in Istanbul. And during this stage, as in previous agreements, today the seriously ill wounded were released. And young defenders – 25 years and younger," emphasized Yusov.Most of those freed this time are officers, who are the most challenging category to return. The exact number of soldiers who were freed is not disclosed for security reasons, as negotiations are ongoing.In June, Ukraine successfully returned prisoners of war kidnapped back in 2022, recognizing this as an important achievement. The president expressed gratitude to everyone who contributes to this complex process.
