Reconnaissance UAV spotted near British aircraft carrier in Hamburg.


The British aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth has spotted a reconnaissance drone monitoring it in the port of Hamburg. The police attempted to stop its operation, but the drone disappeared. This was reported by Bild.
Water police noticed a suspicious drone measuring 1.5 by 1.5 meters. According to law enforcement, it was used for spying on the aircraft carrier.
Even after attempts to stop the drone or force it to land, all efforts were unsuccessful. Its flight path was traced to a container terminal, but after that it was lost, along with the people controlling it.
According to information from Bild, one of the terminal's owners may be a Chinese entity. The Hamburg criminal police have initiated an investigation into this incident.
Investigation of drone flights over the nuclear power plant
The Flensburg prosecutor's office has launched an investigation after multiple drones were spotted over an industrial area in Schleswig-Holstein. These drones quickly flew over the area where the nuclear power plant, LNG terminal, and chemical factories are located.
