Team captains Luke Donald and Keegan Bradley are eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to win the famous gold trophy on Sunday evening.

However, they will not be the only ones getting a chance at a piece of precious metal.

Echo Collectibles is selling exclusive gold and silver coins at the cup shop at Bethpage Black and online.

The coins weigh 1 ounce (28.35 grams), and the gold ones are also available in a 0.5-ounce version.

All coins are engraved with the Ryder Cup logo and the name of the course.

In addition, Bradley personally signed cases for the gold and some of the silver coins.

The authenticity of the signatures is confirmed by the Numismatic Guaranty Company.

Golf fans won't have to wait long to purchase the coins.

There are only 100 gold coins weighing 1 ounce, signed by the USA captain. The price for these coins is $7500 (£5550) excluding taxes.

How to watch the Ryder Cup 2025

The 45th Ryder Cup will take place from September 26 to 28, when Americans will try to reclaim the crown from the European team.

Scottie Scheffler and the American team will compete against the European team led by Rory McIlroy in New York.

Bethpage Black will be the venue for this exciting tournament.

Television company NBC will broadcast the competitions in full in the USA.

Matches on Friday and Sunday will be broadcast live on USA Network from 7 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Time).

Saturday's actions will also be broadcast on NBC at the same hours.

200 coins weighing 0.5 ounces with signature cost $3800 (£2812).

Regular silver coins cost $295 (£218), and if signed by Bradley, the price rises to $795 (£588).

Despite the high price, the company is confident in the quick sellout of these luxury souvenirs this week, especially if Bradley leads his team to a memorable victory.

A 1-ounce gold coin is already unavailable online, but a few can still be found at the shop on the territory of Bethpage.
