In August, the demand for Ukrzaliznytsia trains is breaking all records. Passengers are buying tickets instantly after they go on sale. The situation is particularly tense on popular routes, where five to eight people are crowding for one seat.In the company's deliberations regarding the lack of seats, the idea of implementing dynamic pricing has been suggested. It is proposed to keep available tickets for most passengers but to review the tariffs. Ukrzaliznytsia also plans to improve routes by optimizing and modernizing carriages. In the future, Ukrzaliznytsia plans to build tracks to Europe, which will speed up international passenger and cargo transportation. The company has also taken passenger feedback into account and increased ticket availability by including sales at train station ticket offices.
