U.S. President Donald Trump, French leader Emmanuel Macron, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy all took part. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed the need for sustained international pressure on Moscow, stating:

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced the first tranche of a €90 billion loan for Ukraine, a move critical to the country's financial stability. She explained:

European Council President António Costa also voiced his support, urging faster EU enlargement. He emphasized that 'we must use this momentum to push forward on enlargement.'
