French President Emmanuel Macron outlined the summit’s structure, stating:

“First, the seven leaders will meet to address key international crises. Then, on Tuesday morning, we will hold a discussion on Ukraine with President Zelenskyy, which is very important for us.”

President Zelenskyy highlighted the urgency of preparing for upcoming high-level meetings, noting:

“The main thing now is to prepare for the negotiations and decisions we all expect from the summits at the level of the European Union, the G7, and NATO. June and July of this year could determine a great deal.”

In a related diplomatic move, on June 11, ambassadors from the United Kingdom, Germany, and France delivered a joint statement to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.
