Officials took money for their help. Thanks to the decision of the medical commission, evaders could cross the border without hindrance. Allegedly, their health condition does not allow them to serve.
In total, for illegal schemes, the officials received from 3 to 10 thousand dollars. Everything depended on the complexity of the diagnosis and the deferment they granted. The SBU confirmed more than 200 crime episodes in Vinnytsia.
