Fraudster Arrested for Evasion of Mobilization: How the Criminal Acted.
According to inkorr.com: In the Khmelnytskyi region, law enforcement officers detained a woman who was trying to profit from disability registration. She was offering local residents a 'beneficial' service - evasion of conscription for a considerable amount - 22 thousand dollars. However, not everyone believed her offers, which practically spoiled her plans.
But the bloody plans were uncovered by law enforcement officers, who detained the perpetrator under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine during an attempted money exchange.
The woman was charged with document forgery and abuse of power. Interestingly, she still hopes to avoid responsibility. Despite this, the investigation is ongoing, and already one fraudster is no longer at large, allowing residents of the region to sleep more peacefully.
Conclusion
Criminal schemes for evasion of mobilization should have no place in our society. Law enforcement is actively fighting against such practices and has already eliminated 11 new schemes of evasion from military service. It seems that criminals must understand that they will have to answer for their actions.
