According to the Work.ua portal, the highest salaries in Lviv are offered in Kyiv, where the average payment is 30,000 UAH. In second place is Lviv with an average salary of 26,500 UAH (based on data from 13,844 job listings).
Salary growth in Lviv
Despite the decrease in job vacancies in Lviv by 12%, the average salary has increased by 20%. Some categories of workers are offered higher salaries:
Financier – +65% (33,000 UAH).
Business Development Manager – +54% (50,000 UAH).
Lawyer – +42% (32,000 UAH).
Turner – +40% (35,000 UAH).
Realtor – +38% (55,000 UAH).
Welder – +36% (37,500 UAH).
Construction Manager – +36% (47,500 UAH).
Credit Expert – +36% (34,000 UAH).
Confectioner – +36% (26,500 UAH).
Legal Assistant – +36% (22,500 UAH).
Competition in the labor market in Ukraine
Analysts from OLX Work indicate a large competition in the labor market in fields related to freelancing, remote work, or low entry barriers. In June 2025, the most job openings related to texts, communications, and online services received responses from users.

After analyzing the data from the Work.ua portal, it can be seen that in Lviv, the average salary has increased by 20%, although the number of vacancies has decreased by 12%. There is an increase in salaries in such categories of specialists as financiers, business development managers, lawyers, and others.
