According to inkorr.com: Recent statistical data on average salaries in Kyiv for July 2025 showed that employees earn an average of 40,546 hryvnias. The highest earnings are observed in the IT and telecommunications companies, while the lowest are among builders. Compared to other regions of Ukraine, Kyiv residents have significantly higher incomes.

The Top-3 most highly paid fields in Kyiv are:
- IT and telecommunications: 79,990 UAH
- Banking and insurance sector: 64,080 UAH
- Public service and military sector: 50,909 UAH
Lowest paid professions
It was also determined that the Top-3 lowest paid professions include educators, hospitality workers, and builders.
It should be noted that the salary analysis was conducted among companies with a staff of 10 or more.
Additionally, it is important to emphasize the impact of the war on the country's economy and the financial condition of its citizens.
