August returns: forecaster Didenko pleased with a hot weather forecast.
Ukrainians will get almost summer-like weather this Sunday. According to the people's forecaster Natalia Didenko, the air temperature will reach +24+29 degrees, and in some places it may even be +30. The anticyclone will bring clear skies and dry air, creating ideal conditions for walks and outdoor recreation.
But the country is also in for rainy weather. In the western regions of Ukraine, a cyclone with atmospheric fronts will bring cloudiness and rain. The air temperature in these regions will be slightly lower - from +19 to +22 degrees. Nonetheless, such weather is still comfortable, especially compared to other countries where colder and rainy weather is expected.
Thunderstorms are possible in the Vinnytsia, Odesa, and Zhytomyr regions. Strong gusts of wind up to 15-20 meters per second are expected in most regions, except the western ones.
There will also be wind in Kyiv, but the likelihood of rain is low. Residents of the capital will be able to enjoy warmth up to +28 degrees.
The weather will level off across the country next week
Residents of the western regions will get good news next week - the cold and rain will retreat and the weather will improve throughout the country. Dry, sunny, and warm weather is expected, which will last at least until the end of next week.
