According to The Sun: Sponsors of Sha'Carri Richardson continue to support her after her arrest for domestic violence charges.

The American sprinter has become the face of a new Nike advertising campaign for SKIMS by Kim Kardashian.

Richardson was arrested in Seattle in July after an incident with her boyfriend, Christian Coleman. The event was recorded by surveillance cameras, which led to Richardson's arrest on fourth-degree domestic violence charges.

She spent more than 18 hours in the police station.

Despite the scandals, Richardson has maintained her contracts. In the new Nike campaign, she poses alongside stars like Kim Kardashian, Serena Williams, Nelly Korda, Jordan Chiles, and Chloe Kim.

“Wearing NikeSKIMS makes me feel confident and unrestricted,” Richardson said in a statement with her photo.

Nike continues to support Richardson and has kept her image on its website.

After the incident, she apologized via social media:

“More than anything, definitely a lot of self-reflection, a lot of understanding of not only putting myself in a compromising situation with somebody that I have a deep care and appreciation for as well, is something that — holding myself accountable,” she said in the video.

Richardson emphasized that she aims to become a better version of herself not only for herself but also for her family and fans.

“So more than anything, I refused to run away … but face everything that comes to me head-on because everything on the other side is greater but you gotta go through in order to get there.”

Richardson also apologized directly to Coleman, highlighting the importance of their relationship and her awareness of her mistakes:

“I apologize to Christian. He came into my life and gave me more than a relationship but a greater understanding of unconditional love from what I’ve experienced in my past,” she said.

She sincerely regrets her actions, noting that '...my apology should be as loud as my actions, and in fact even louder.'
