The highest weight of the actress reached 95 kilograms after childbirth, but she managed to lose 45 kg. Now the actress weighs 60 kilograms, considering this weight ideal. However, Lyubava strives to improve her physical shape through training to gain more muscle mass.

Lyubava says:

“I currently weigh around 60 kilograms, but I can't consistently maintain my ideal weight. I am a living person; I have setbacks. Every tour, which involves 10-12 hours of sitting on a bus a day, involves snacks at gas stations. I often gain weight, then suddenly find myself in a pause period and realize that I need to lose those 2-3 kilograms. Right now I have my ideal weight. I am less concerned about my weight now; I don’t have a shape.”

Dietary Habits

For a long time, Lyubava was a vegan, but eventually added fish and eggs to her diet, having not eaten meat for over 12 years. The actress emphasizes that this does not affect her weight and notes that vegetarians can also face the problem of extra pounds.

She says:

“Now I am a vegetarian; I was a vegan for two years. I only ate vegetables, fruits, and cereals – this was before pregnancy. With pregnancy, I started eating both fish and eggs. But I haven't eaten meat for a long time, over 12 years now, and I feel great.”

It should be noted that recently, humorist Yuriy Tkach spoke about his wife's sudden weight loss, also noting that he himself is on a diet.
