Ukraine’s Top Diplomat Appeals to Allies Following Russian Strike on Kyiv

“Decisions on air defense systems and missiles for Ukraine must be made now—not later,” he stated in his remarks.

Rescue operations are ongoing at the attack sites, with emergency services working to assist the injured. Sybiha called on the world not to draw false equivalences between the aggressor and the nation defending itself, underscoring the critical need for sustained support during this challenging period.
