Scandalous judge Vovk, dismissed 'under the article', received over 3.5 million UAH as a farewell.
Head of OASC dismissed for disciplinary offense
In March 2025, head of the OASC Pavlo Vovk was dismissed for a disciplinary offense. Before his dismissal, he received significant payments totaling 3.52 million UAH. These payments included compensation for his academic degree, health benefits, his position (head of the court), and confidentiality. The total salary of the OASC judges amounted to 157 million UAH over two years.
Liquidation of the Kyiv District Administrative Court
In 2022, the Kyiv District Administrative Court was liquidated according to a law initiated by President Volodymyr Zelensky. OASC judges were accused of making decisions in favor of their personal and political interests. In addition, the court delayed the consideration of the lawsuit of Viktor Yanukovych against the illegal decisions of the Verkhovna Rada.
