The launch of the "Marriage online" service in "Diia" was successful - Ministry of Digital Transformation
Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov shared the results of the "Marriage online" service in the "Diia" project. He published this on his Telegram channel.
On September 9, the Ministry of Digital Transformation introduced a new online marriage registration service in the "Diia" app. The "Diia" team has digitized the entire wedding process - from the proposal to the signature.
"In just the first 24 hours, you booked wedding dates 2 months in advance! And the proposal in Diia, without exaggeration, became the trend of the week," noted Mykhailo Fedorov.
Here are some indicators of the service's performance over 3 days:
- Users made 416,133 proposals, of which 49,282 were positively accepted.
- 1,247 couples applied for marriage.
- 197 couples have already married since the start of beta testing.
To use the "Marriage online" service, you need to:
- Update the "Diia" app and go to the Services section - Marriage online.
- Choose "Make a proposal" and send a message to your partner through a convenient messenger.
- Get a response within 14 days.
- After a positive response, provide your details within 12 hours.
- The system will offer available dates, the closest to the ceremony will be in 5 days.
