Ukrainian ChatGPT: Minцифри and 'Kyivstar' will create an AI Assistant in 'Diia'.

The 'Diia' portal is already testing an AI assistant to make life easier for citizens. Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced that soon everyone will be able to use this service. Now, to interact with state services, it will no longer be necessary to fill out complex forms – it will be enough to simply talk to the AI.

Minцифра, together with 'Kyivstar', is developing our Ukrainian language model for artificial intelligence.

They assure that the model, trained on domestic data, will be more effective and adapted to our realities than foreign analogues.

Safety and Quality First

Minцифра emphasizes that all data will be processed in Ukraine, which is of great importance for various sectors, from defense to healthcare. There are also plans to create committees and councils on ethics and technology that will be responsible for the safety and quality of the model.

The project will be funded by 'Kyivstar', and they assure that it will be available to everyone within the next few years.

Ukrainian public services can become even more convenient with the implementation of the AI Assistant, developed through the joint efforts of Minцифра and 'Kyivstar'. This initiative will not only simplify bureaucratic procedures but also enhance the level of data processing safety and the quality of service for Ukrainian citizens.
