Quick breakfast for every day
This quick breakfast will become your favorite on weekdays when every minute counts. The combination of sausage, tomatoes, and cheese in soft dough creates appetizing, aromatic pancakes that taste great both hot and cold. It’s the ideal option for a family breakfast or a snack at work.

You will need:
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sour cream - 2 tbsp;
- flour - 2-3 tbsp with a heap;
- salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste;
- baking soda - 0.5 tsp;
- sausage - 100-120 g;
- tomato - 1 medium;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- dried garlic - a pinch;
- oil for frying - 2-3 tbsp.
Cooking method
In a bowl, crack the eggs, add sour cream and flour, adjusting for consistency so that the dough is like liquid sour cream. Add salt, sprinkle in the baking soda and mix well.
Cut the tomato and sausage into small cubes. Add them to the dough, grate the cheese and add it to the bowl as well. Season with black pepper and dried garlic, and mix thoroughly.
On a heated frying pan with oil, spoon the dough to form small pancakes.
Fry covered for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve hot, with sour cream or as a standalone dish.
