According to ТСН: The majority of members of SZС are looking for rear positions or want to work in support. Clear rules need to be established.

This opinion was expressed by a representative during an interview.

He believes that SZС is a betrayal of those who are fighting the enemy.

“We certainly should not idealize the situation — that we should create conditions for a person to return only for the sake of returning. And if they return just to take a place and receive a salary, then why should we even bring them back? Enough already of flattering everyone. The people who left betrayed those who fight. 80% of escapes are from training centers, and I believe that those who did this should be punished,” explained Kostenko.

He emphasizes that current officials must make decisions solely for the preservation of the country, and not for personal gain. This issue will eventually resolve itself.

“Popular solutions probably ended in January 2022, when we talked about how we would be frying kebabs,” concluded Kostenko.

It was also noted that the appeal of a serviceman who left their place of service without permission to the military prosecutor's office requesting a resolution regarding their further service indicates the conclusion of this crime.

According to information from the Supreme Court, the Cassation Criminal Court made a decision in the case of a serviceman who was found guilty by the local court of leaving their place of service without valid reasons.

The words of Kostenko underscore the importance of responsibility in the army, especially in wartime conditions. With an increasing number of escapes from training centers, the question arises of how to establish fair rules for all who serve. The country expects clear decisions to help prevent such situations in the future.
