You will need:

  • ground chicken - 600 g;
  • potato - 1 piece (200 g);
  • zucchini - 250 g;
  • onion - 1 piece (200-250 g);
  • semolina - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt - to taste;
  • black pepper - to taste.

For preparing the potatoes:

  • potato - 1 piece;
  • boiling water - 100 ml.

Cooking Method

Peel the potato, zucchini, and onion. If desired, the zucchini can be peeled and seeds removed if it is large and ripe. Grate the potato on a fine grater, pour boiling water over it, and leave for a few minutes to reduce starchiness. Then drain the excess liquid.

Grate the zucchini and onion on a fine or medium grater, squeeze out the excess juice from the zucchini. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, prepared potato, zucchini, onion, and semolina.

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix the mixture thoroughly to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Form cutlets of the desired size, slightly moistening your hands with water to prevent the mince from sticking. Fry the cutlets in a preheated skillet with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.

Then they can be cooked through under a lid on low heat or baked in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Serve hot with a side dish or fresh vegetables.
