Freestyler Tatalina and her appeal

They also mentioned freestyler Anastasia Tatalina, who appealed to the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) asking to allow her to participate in the 2026 Olympic Games. Tatalina is a member of the Russian military club CSKA, which has ties to military operations of Russia in the conflict in eastern Ukraine.

"I represent Russia, and I was proud when the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich (Putin) sent me a telegram after winning the World Championship", - said Tatalina.

Tatalina also expressed support for the military motto "we do not abandon our own".
