Reserve+ again shows search status after paying the fine: how to fix the error.
In July, beta testing of a new feature started in 'Reserve+', which allows conscripts to pay only half of the fine. Everything can be done online, but unfortunately, sometimes after paying the fine, the status 'Wanted' reappears in the application.
How to pay a fine in 'Reserve+' from TCC
If you have been fined, a red ribbon with a message from TCC about the intention to search for you will appear. To pay the fine, you need to go to the 'Fines online' section and create a statement of admission of violation. After that, you will be offered to pay the bill through a bank or 'Privat24'. After making the payment, the status 'Wanted' should disappear within 3-5 days.
Why the search information may reappear after paying the fine
Reasons for re-search:
- technical flaws in the system: data updates may take some time;
- absence of eliminating the reason: if you violate the rules again after paying the fine;
- erroneous imposition of a fine without the TCC order.
What to do if you are declared wanted again:
- update data in 'Reserve+', if the status hasn’t changed within a day, try again;
- check the 'Fines' section for a TCC order: do not pay without confirmation;
- submit a request to lift the search with a receipt of payment to TCC and SP, and if they refuse — go to court;
- if the matter is complicated (for example, if you are abroad), consult a military lawyer.
Experts advise not to ignore summonses after a fine and to avoid dubious applications for safety. Lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan explained how to avoid search without court. Also, let's remind that TCC does not have the right to declare conscripts wanted who have reached the age of 25 if they have not received a summons.
