Progress in negotiations
Witkoff noted:
"We held several meetings with Europeans, including President Macron, and Ukrainians, including President Zelensky, and we are inspired by the joint approach and partnership between the parties."
According to Trump's representative,
"the parties have made significant progress in several critically important areas of work, including a bilateral system of security guarantees and a plan for prosperity."
Witkoff confirmed that the USA supports the 'Coalition of the Willing', emphasizing that long-term security guarantees and reliable commitments to prosperity are key to stable peace in Ukraine. He also promised to continue cooperation in this direction.
"We will continue our negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation this evening and tomorrow and hope to achieve additional positive momentum soon," he summarized.
Earlier, Steve Witkoff reported that together with Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, they had worked on documents for 10 hours.
It should be noted that Macron, Starmer, and Zelensky signed a declaration of intentions regarding deploying multinational forces after a ceasefire in Ukraine. Additionally, the USA promised support for Ukraine in the event of a new attack from the Russian Federation.

Hopes for a swift achievement of stable peace are gaining momentum, which is a positive sign for the Ukrainian people in this difficult time. The continuation of dialogue between the participant countries also opens new opportunities for strengthening partnership and collective security in the region.
