The Headquarters will prepare an 'internal' victory plan: Zelensky revealed details.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced the development of an 'internal' plan to strengthen the country, which will complement the victory plan. He announced this news after the meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters.

The task of preparing an 'internal' plan to strengthen Ukraine was assigned to members of the Headquarters. Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), will be responsible for organizing the work on this issue.

According to Zelensky, the plan will describe the necessary steps that will lead to 'internal results' for Ukraine. These steps will concern the war front, defense-industrial complex, economy and finance, information sphere, justice, regional work, and other strategic sectors.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky presented Ukraine's victory plan in the war against Russia to parliamentarians in the Verkhovna Rada. This plan consists of five points, including geopolitical, military, economic, and security aspects. The first four points are aimed at the period of military conflict, and the fifth at the post-war Time.

Ukrainian diplomats are now cooperating with the American team and teams of European countries that have an impact on supporting individual aspects of the plan or strengthening the Ukrainian army.

At the EU summit and NATO defense ministers' meeting, which took place in Brussels on October 17 and 18, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky presented his victory plan to western partners. However, this plan elicited a mixed reaction from allies, according to Associated Press.

It is also worth noting that Poland expressed a desire to familiarize itself with the secret annexes to Ukraine's victory plan.
