New decisions for the stability of mobile communication

According to inkorr.com: During the meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, new decisions were made aimed at improving the stability of mobile communication in Ukraine, especially during power outages. It is planned to increase the number of base stations of operators with emergency power supply and redistribute backup energy sources, focusing on frontline areas. This was reported by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov.

'The decision to increase the number of base stations with emergency power supply and redistribute backup energy sources with a focus on frontline areas has been supported,' wrote Umerov.

In addition to communication issues, the meeting discussed the development of Ukrainian long-range capabilities, strengthening the protection of energy infrastructure, and the results of the combat use of long-range strike weapons. Particular attention was paid to attacks on energy facilities and the resilience of mobile communication in conditions of martial law.

As noted by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, plans also include expanding the geography of long-range strikes on the territory of the aggressor, while long-term contracts with weapon manufacturers will ensure stable employment for enterprises and predictability of supplies to the troops.

The government of Ukraine is taking important measures to improve the stability of mobile communication in the country, particularly through increasing the number of base stations with emergency power supply and expanding the geography of long-range strikes. Issues of protecting energy infrastructure and the reliability of communications in wartime conditions are also being considered.

These decisions are important steps towards ensuring communication in the context of armed conflict and can significantly enhance communication resilience in frontline areas. Stable mobile communication will contribute not only to security but also to the effectiveness of managing military operations.
