Ukrainians in Poland will be fined for photos at the border: up to 10,000 zlotys.
When crossing the state border, one must be careful not only due to customs and passport control but also because of potential violations of the rules. Ukrainians in Poland may be punished for photographing critical infrastructure. This was reported by the specialized portal inPoland.
The Polish Ministry of National Defense has prohibited unauthorized photography of critical infrastructure facilities. This may lead to hefty fines for Ukrainians, and border guards will receive additional powers for this purpose.
Documenting critical objects without special permission will become a violation of the law with administrative liability. Fines can reach up to 10,000 zlotys, or over 110,000 hryvnias. Border guards will be able to impose sanctions on the spot to enhance border protection.
The imposition of large sanctions is expected to increase the effectiveness of border protection. Ukrainians should be cautious, as violating the rules can lead to serious fines. It is also noted that Ukrainians may be denied entry into Poland due to currency issues, so it is important to have all necessary documents and funds.
Additionally, it is mentioned that avoiding customs problems at the border can be achieved by adhering to the rules for importing goods and not exceeding the established limits.
The notification about the possible punishment of Ukrainians in Poland for photographing critical infrastructure confirms the importance of following the rules when crossing the border. The new restrictions and high fines are intended to emphasize the need for vigilance and compliance with legislation to ensure safety.
