Subsidy for solid fuel: The Pension Fund of Ukraine revealed important nuances regarding the allocation of assistance.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained subsidies for solid fuel
The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine reported that it is possible to receive a housing subsidy for the purchase of solid or liquid fuel for heating if there is no central heating, gas, or electric heating in the house.
Information about the presence of stove heating is indicated in the declaration of income and expenses of individuals applying for a housing subsidy allocation.
A housing subsidy for the purchase of liquefied gas, solid, and liquid fuel is allocated once a calendar year upon a personal request from the individual.
To receive a payment in 2025, it is necessary to contact the Pension Fund of Ukraine with a new application and declaration of income and expenses.
Calculation of the subsidy for solid fuel
The subsidy for stove fuel is calculated individually for each household. The calculation takes into account the difference between the total cost of fuel for the year and the portion that the family must pay independently.
The annual need for fuel is set at 2 tons per household, and the maximum cost of one ton of fuel is 4187.97 hryvnias.
All these norms are established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
