According to UATV: In a move to bolster regional security, Sweden has signed a roadmap with Latvia to deploy its advanced Archer self-propelled artillery systems on Latvian soil. The agreement stipulates that the first two Archer units will be stationed there starting in 2026.
Swedish Defense Minister Pål Jonson confirmed the roadmap, emphasizing that a permanent Swedish contingent is crucial for deterring potential threats.
