The club owners, Jacques and Jessica Moretti, aged 49 and 40 respectively, may face charges of manslaughter due to negligence, as investigations continue into the circumstances that led to the rapid spread of flames in the establishment's basement.
“All I can say is that we are cooperating with the investigations and are shocked by the tragic events,” the owners stated in their statement.
