The Deputy Head of the RTC and SP in Kyiv, Major Larysa Kozak, stated that conscripts with reservations or deferrals from mobilization must appear at the territorial centers for recruitment and social support (TCC and SP) if they receive a summons. She emphasized that summonses are sent out regardless of the presence of a deferral or reservation, so having these documents does not exempt the conscript from attending the TCC and SP. Citizens must arrive at the specified time and place indicated in the summons, otherwise they may be held administratively liable.
