In August 2025, maintenance of gas pipelines will be conducted in apartment buildings of communal ownership. The work will be carried out by specialists from the Kyiv branch of 'Gazmerezhi.' This was reported by the press service of the regional branch on Facebook.
In 2023, the Ministry of Energy implemented mandatory technical maintenance of internal building gas networks to improve the safety level of buildings.
In August, maintenance of gas pipelines in apartment buildings will be performed by specialists from 'Gazmerezhi' in the following communities:
- Fastivska;
- Ivankivska;
- Boryspilskaya;
- Hirska;
- Lebedynska;
- and others.
The addresses for the work can be found on the Kyiv branch's 'Gazmerezhi' portal. During the procedure, networks will be checked for tightness, tested for density, connections of gas pipelines will be checked, and gas leaks will be eliminated.
Payments and Calculations
Invoices will be sent to residents in September 2025. They can be paid using the details by scanning the QR code on the paper invoice or through online banking. Payment is made every three to five years depending on the operating period of the building's networks.
Ukrainians can also obtain a reconciliation act from Naftogaz that will allow them to check charges and timely payments. Naftogaz recommends transitioning to digital payment documents.
In August 2025, technical maintenance of gas pipelines will be carried out in apartment buildings in Kyiv region, which includes checking the tightness of networks, testing for density, and eliminating gas leaks. The work will be carried out by specialists from 'Gazmerezhi' in several communities of the region, and payment for services will be made every three to five years, depending on the operating period of the building's networks.
