The Telegraph: Trump demands unprecedented economic concessions from Ukraine.

The Western publication The Telegraph reports that the United States is demanding 'reparations' from Ukraine amounting to $500 billion and control over a significant portion of the country's economy. A confidential draft agreement between the two countries has caused panic in Kyiv.
According to the draft agreement, the US and Ukraine are to create a joint investment fund to prevent hostile parties from benefiting from the reconstruction of Ukraine. In particular, the US will receive 50% of the regular state revenues from resource extraction, 50% of the financial value of new licenses for resource extraction, the right of first refusal to purchase exported minerals, and control over ports and other infrastructure.
The document stipulates that the agreement between the countries will be governed by the laws of New York and will allow the US to have practically full control over Ukraine's raw material and resource economy. These conditions surpass the reparations imposed on Germany after World War I and are stricter than the financial sanctions against Germany and Japan after 1945.
The publication also emphasizes that the idea of transferring a share of Ukrainian rare earth elements and critical minerals to the US was proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky himself. According to him, this was done to ensure the supply of weapons and create a political safeguard against Russian aggression.
US President Donald Trump stated that Ukraine 'essentially agreed' to hand over $500 billion. He emphasized the value of Ukraine's land due to the presence of rare earth elements, oil, and gas. Senator Lindsey Graham mentioned that the agreement with the US is a wise move to strengthen support for Ukraine.
