Tkachенко denied allegations of blocking the city's work.
Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachенко stated that the information about illegal orders without his signature is fake. He explained that all documents are personally signed by him, and each one undergoes mandatory legal review.
Tkachенко wrote about this in Telegram on Tuesday, July 15.
Document signing procedure in KMDА
Timur Tkachенко noted that he has already signed 745 orders related to the restoration of local facilities after shelling, the operation of schools and hospitals, the identification of critical enterprises, and the allocation of resources for urban life during wartime. Not all documents pass instantly, as some require revisions due to deficiencies or even show signs of forgery.
Tkachенко emphasized that he will avoid any falsifications in his work and will make every effort to ensure that city management is professional and transparent.
In his press conference, Timur Tkachенко refuted the widespread rumors about unreliable documents without his signature. None of the 60 orders, which some members of the public claimed were allegedly invalid, actually had any connection to reality. Instead, Tkachенко stressed that every document that is issued from his hands is legitimate and beneficial for the residents of Kyiv.
