Preparation Method
Soak the gelatin in room temperature water. Prepare the apples by peeling and cutting them into cubes, then caramelize them.

Whip the sour cream with sugar until smooth. Melt the gelatin and add it to the sour cream. Line the cake mold with plastic wrap and layer the cookies, cream, and apples. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours, then garnish with coconut flakes.
