You will need:

  • condensed milk — 300 g;
  • eggs — 3 pcs.;
  • salt — a pinch;
  • sifted wheat flour — 180 g;
  • baking powder — 10 g.

For the cream:

  • cream with at least 33% fat — 500 g;
  • condensed milk — 80 g;
  • vanilla sugar — 10 g.

Preparation Method

First, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt for a few minutes until the mixture becomes fluffier. Add the condensed milk, then gradually sift in the flour with the baking powder and knead a homogeneous tender dough.

Line a baking dish or mat with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Evenly distribute half of the dough in a thin layer. Bake the layer at 180 °C for about 6–7 minutes. Bake another layer using the same method.

While the layers cool, prepare the cream. Beat the chilled cream with vanilla sugar to a thick consistency. Then, in a thin stream, add the condensed milk while continuing to beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until the mixture becomes airy and tender.

Cut each layer in half to get 4 thin bases. Assemble the cake: spread cream on each layer, generously coat the sides and top.

Place the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours to soak well.

Before serving, decorate to your liking — with grated chocolate, fresh berries, or coconut flakes.
