According to The Sun: Billy Vigar's teammate, Kieran Maguire, shared horrific details of the incident that led to the former Arsenal youth player's death.

Vigar received prolonged medical assistance after colliding with a brick wall, and later he was airlifted to the hospital.
After a coma and brain surgery, the player died at the age of 21 on Thursday.
“This is still very fresh in my memory. An absolutely random incident, he collided with a concrete wall around the field.”
Kieran shared his emotions and spoke about how difficult this is for the entire team to accept.

Kieran created a GoFundMe page to raise money for Vigar's family for support and to create a memory that will last beyond football.
He described Vigar as “a very humble young guy” and “the kindest, most ordinary person you could meet.”
After his death, a petition was launched to ban brick walls on football fields.
“These concrete walls are dangerous and deadly,”
said Dorking Wanderers owner Mark White.
Football Association officials confirmed that they plan to investigate this matter.
Tributes for Vigar have come from all corners of football, including his former club Arsenal.
Arsenal and Newcastle teams wore black armbands during the match at St James’ Park.
All scheduled matches for Chichester City and Wingate & Finchley clubs were suspended.
