Finnish President Alexander Stubb said his phone conversation with Donald Trump on Monday evening confirms the intentions of the new US president to end the war between Russia and Ukraine. Speaking at the COP29 climate summit in Baku, Azerbaijan, Stubb outlined four prerequisites for peace in Ukraine.
