Trump showed the middle finger to a Ford employee: the worker was suspended.
According to ТСН: The visit of US President Donald Trump to the Ford plant in Michigan ended in scandal. The politician lost his temper, responding to one of the workers with profanity and giving an obscene gesture.
Why did Trump show the middle finger?
During his visit, Trump reacted sharply to an employee who called him a "protector of pedophiles." In response, the president used profanity and made obscene gestures, trying to persuade the man to be quiet.
In the published videos, Trump can be seen walking across a crosswalk, pointing at the man and silently saying: "Get lost." Then, while walking away, he shows the middle finger. Previously, accusations against the president, seemingly related to the Jeffrey Epstein case, were heard from the crowd.
White House reaction
White House Communications Director Stephen Chung described the employee as "crazy."
"A crazy man in a fit of rage was wildly shouting profane words, and the president gave an adequate and unequivocal response," Chung said.
What now for the Ford plant employee?
After the incident, the Ford employee was suspended. He stated that he "regrets nothing" after publicly accusing Trump.
According to reports, this refers to 40-year-old assembly line worker T.J. Sabula, who was punished after the president commented on him and showed the middle finger.
"As for what I publicly exposed him for — no regrets, absolutely. I believe fate doesn't often give you such a chance, and when it becomes possible, you have to be ready to seize it. And today, I think I did just that," Sabula told reporters.
Ford emphasized that it does not approve of unacceptable remarks on its premises: "One of our core values is respect, and we do not approve of such expressions. In such cases, there is a defined response procedure, but we do not comment on specific personnel matters."
Additionally, Trump recently made another controversial statement, claiming that his decisions regarding military force depend solely on his morality, not international law, which he considers non-binding. He also did not rule out a situation where he would have to choose between NATO and control over Greenland, emphasizing that without US participation, the Alliance loses its purpose.
This incident at the Ford plant once again highlights the tension in relations between Trump and his critics, who consider his behavior unfriendly and unacceptable. At the same time, the White House's reaction indicates a willingness to defend its president, even in difficult situations. The situation continues to attract media and public attention, raising questions about the leader's behavior and the impact of his words on public opinion.
