Trump: The US is nearly ready to resume intelligence sharing with Ukraine.

President Trump told reporters on board Air Force One on Sunday that the US is close to lifting the pause on intelligence sharing with Ukraine.
This pause primarily concerns the sharing of intelligence regarding offensive operations against Russia, significantly complicating the situation for the Ukrainian military, Axios reports.
We are almost there, we are really almost there, Trump replied when a reporter on board Air Force One on Sunday asked the president if he was considering lifting the blockade on intelligence information for Ukraine.
Trump noted that he hopes for an agreement on minerals between Ukraine and the US, but at the same Time emphasized that he wants Ukraine to start striving for peace and for this to become evident in the next two to three days.
These comments from Trump came ahead of an important meeting between senior US and Ukrainian officials in Saudi Arabia, which will focus on a possible ceasefire in the ongoing war.
On Sunday, Trump stated that he hopes for progress on this issue this week and emphasized that in his opinion, the meeting in Saudi Arabia will yield positive results.
At the same time, Trump did not make a statement on whether the US would lift the pause on arms supplies to Ukraine, which was announced a week ago.
