Trump on the World Cup 2026: Matches may be moved from dangerous US cities.
According to inkorr.com: US President Donald Trump discussed the possibility of moving World Cup matches from some cities in the country. He noted that such a decision could be made if any city is deemed unsafe for the tournament.
“This is an interesting question. We need to take care of their safety. Seattle and San Francisco are run by radical left lunatics who do not understand what they are doing. We will go to Chicago, Memphis, other cities. It will be safe there. If I decide that it is unsafe – we will definitely move to another city,” said Trump.
He also emphasized that he does not have official authority to move matches from any city in the US, and such decisions will be made based on safety and risk assessment.
